How Merchant Transfers Work
Open Transfer Screen
In the mobile app, go to Transfer. Enter the recipient's Zyrix Merchant ID or registered mobile number.
Enter Amount
Type the amount in your account currency. Add an optional description (e.g., 'Invoice #1042 payment'). Review the transfer details.
Confirm Transfer
Authenticate with biometric (fingerprint/Face ID) or PIN. Transfer is initiated immediately after confirmation.
Instant Delivery
Recipient receives the funds instantly in their Zyrix balance. They get a push notification with your name and the amount sent.
