We're sorry to see you go. Submit this form to request permanent deletion of your Zyrix merchant account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account

All personal data is permanently deleted
Your name, email, phone number, company information, and IBAN will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Transaction history is anonymized
Transaction records are retained for regulatory compliance (5 years) but are fully anonymized — no personal identifiers remain.

API keys and tokens are revoked
All API keys, access tokens, and webhook configurations are immediately and permanently revoked.
⏱️
Processing takes up to 30 days
We will process your request within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
💰
Pending settlements will be paid out first
Any remaining balance or pending settlements will be transferred to your registered bank account before account deletion.
🚫
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account from scratch.
