How Zyrix Escrow Works
Buyer Creates Escrow
Buyer opens Zyrix app → Escrow → New Escrow Deal. Describes the goods/services, sets the amount, the delivery deadline, and the acceptance criteria.
Seller Confirms Terms
Seller receives the escrow invite, reviews the terms. If agreed, they confirm. If not, they counter-propose. Once both agree — escrow is active.
Buyer Funds Escrow
Buyer deposits the agreed amount into the Zyrix Escrow account. Money is held securely — neither buyer nor seller can access it.
Seller Delivers
Seller delivers goods/services as agreed. Marks delivery as complete in the Zyrix app. Buyer is notified to inspect.
Buyer Confirms or Disputes
Buyer has 48 hours to confirm receipt and release funds — or open a dispute with evidence. After 48 hours without response, funds auto-release to seller.
Funds Released or Arbitrated
Confirmed → seller receives payment instantly. Dispute opened → Zyrix reviews evidence from both sides and issues binding decision within 48 hours.
