How Push Notifications Work
Enable on Install
When you install the Zyrix merchant app, you are prompted to allow notifications. One tap to enable — required for real-time alerts.
Backend Event Triggers
When a payment webhook arrives, Zyrix backend sends a push to your registered device token via Expo Push Service within 1 second.
Deep Link Routing
Tapping a notification takes you directly to the relevant screen — not the home screen. Payment notification → transaction detail. Dispute → dispute screen.
Manage in Settings
Turn individual notification types on or off from the app Settings → Notifications. Keep only what matters to you.
