Built-In Roles

Master Admin

Full access to everything. Can add/remove users, change settings, access API keys, and approve settlements. Only one per account.

🧑‍💼

Manager

Can view all data, process refunds, respond to disputes, and manage payment links. Cannot access API keys or change account settings.

🧾

Accountant

Read-only access to transactions, settlements, balance, and reports. Can export CSV. Cannot create payments or modify any settings.

💳

Cashier

Can create payment links and process payments only. Cannot view settlement data, API keys, or account configuration.

How Multi-User Works

Invite Team Member

Go to Settings → Team Management. Enter the team member's email and select their role. They receive an invitation link instantly.

Member Accepts

Team member clicks the invitation link, sets a password, and logs in. They see only what their role allows.

Role-Based View

Each role sees a different version of the dashboard. Cashiers see payment tools only. Accountants see reports only.

Manage Anytime

Change a team member's role or revoke access instantly from Settings → Team. Changes take effect immediately.
