Built-In Roles
Master Admin
Full access to everything. Can add/remove users, change settings, access API keys, and approve settlements. Only one per account.
Manager
Can view all data, process refunds, respond to disputes, and manage payment links. Cannot access API keys or change account settings.
Accountant
Read-only access to transactions, settlements, balance, and reports. Can export CSV. Cannot create payments or modify any settings.
Cashier
Can create payment links and process payments only. Cannot view settlement data, API keys, or account configuration.
How Multi-User Works
Invite Team Member
Go to Settings → Team Management. Enter the team member's email and select their role. They receive an invitation link instantly.
Member Accepts
Team member clicks the invitation link, sets a password, and logs in. They see only what their role allows.
Role-Based View
Each role sees a different version of the dashboard. Cashiers see payment tools only. Accountants see reports only.
Manage Anytime
Change a team member's role or revoke access instantly from Settings → Team. Changes take effect immediately.

Every action in Zyrix is controlled by role. No accidental access to sensitive data like API keys or settlement bank details.
Full Audit Log
Every action by every team member is logged with timestamp, IP address, and device. Know exactly what happened and who did it.
Instant Revoke
Remove a team member's access in one tap. Session is terminated immediately — no waiting, no delays.
Email Invitations
Send role-specific invitations by email. Team members don't need an existing Zyrix account — they create one through the invite.
Role Changes
Upgrade or downgrade a team member's role at any time. The change takes effect on their next login or page refresh.
Activity Monitoring
See when each team member last logged in, what they accessed, and flag any unusual activity from the Login Activity screen.
